Checkbox: only select one choice

    Hi
    I’d want that checkbox could works like the radio button in whick you can only select one choice.
    I can’t use the radio button because they can’t be read by blind people’s screen reader.
    The checkbox works.
    Is there a command in whick you can only select one choice with checkbox?
    Could you help me?

    Use a select or a radio.
    There is no way to have multiple checkbox and only allow one to be selected.
