sorry, can’t reproduce this in my testing environment.
Some questions:
– Did you enter 0 EU and 0% extra charge for the Bank transfer payment mehthod? (Sorry dumb question … just want to make sure)
– Can you see the 0,69€ extra fee in the Order somwhere below shipping cost? What does the text say?
– Does your order get properly updated when your customer chooses another payment method?
– Are there any plugins running that affect your order items as well? Does the problem still occur when you deactivate (one of) them?

1. Yes. On the bank transfer there are just zeros:

2. When there is a option to choose from, there is no information about charge. I wrote that manuali in the description of the payment. But when I choose bank transfer and proced with the checkout, I get this (Placilo po povzetju = Pay at delivery). Despite chooing bank transfer I get Pay at delivery fee:

3. On this step of the checkout costumer can’t change the payment method.
4. I don’t think there are other plugins that are running at checkout.
Hi again. Any suggestion for my problem?
Now I found out that the error only exist in the checkout step where you check the order before you finish it. The fee for payment at delivery is charged despite the fact that coustumer didn’t choose it. But when you finish the order, this fee is not charged what is correct.

In my testing environment I cannot change the payment method in the cart, only one step later on the checkout.
Did you make bank transfer your default payment method?
