    Hi all,

This problem has been recurring ever since WordPress 1.5, only that this time it seems to be persistent ever since I upgraded to 2.0.4.

Each time a commenter types out a comment that contains a web address in it’s body, something strange happens. The front part of the web address reappears in front of the start of the comment content, as seen here:

(Second comment from the top by Caroline.)

In the past, I can simply log in and edit the comment by removing the extra characters in front. However, ever since the upgrade to 2.0.4, those characters reappear no matter how many times I edit it.

It is not just URLS. Certain combination of characters also trigger this issue. :/

    Someone, please help!

    Many thanks.
