Changing Upload Options in 2.0

I want to upload an MP3 of music that I recorded to for a post using the inline uploader, but I need to change to size settings for uploads.

When I went to do this in Options – Misc, it didn’t show any options for uploading. Where were these moved to?/How do I change them?/Why were they moved?

Thanks ahead of time. Oh, and I have already uploaded other things, so it’s not that I have uploads turned off or anything like that.
