Changing Theme Glitch

    hello i am doing a very simple theme update and changing from the default the header image by replacing graphic. everything is working fine except when first loads any page, there is a blue flash that cannot figure out where this is coming from, if anyone can help me resolve this it would be greatly appreciated. the blog is still a test site and can see it here:
