Changing the Read more button ?

    Hello,

    Once i add ” Read more ” , i notice after publication that it comes like : ” Continue reading “.

    1. How to get it in French ?
    2. I need to have it as a button and not an underlined text ?

    Can you help me out ?

    The theme i m using is : Twenty twelve
