it was suggested that i change wp-content permissions to be able to load photos…but i have no clue how to find, much less change permissions. the blog was set up for me by bigfolio as part of my website…

a simple way is to log in to host control panel and use their “file manager”
you should have an option to change permissions

if you want to do it by ftp or other way

no – the company that host’s your websites – cpanel or whatever they use
