Changing interface language for the users

    Hello!

    I want to change my blog’s interface language for the readers, not necessarily the dashboard/admin language. It is currently in English and want it in French. Especially for things like ”leave a reply” to have ”laissez une réponse/commentaire” instead. Anyone know how to go about with this? Thanks!!

    I am running a bilingual blog with two domains.
    English: http://eclectiqueeats.com
    French: http://fr.eclectiqueeats.com
