Changing Homepage in Screen Theme

Hello, Im currently setting up my website with Screen Theme. This theme has a default slideshow showing latest posts in the homepage that I would like to change. I want to show latest posts as in the Work page (like a gallery of images linking to each post). Im kind of lost and I would really appreaciate your help. Thanks a lot in advance.
