Changing from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

So I recently switched from wordpress.com to wordpress.org using bluehost.com, I was told that once I started seeing a wordpress.org page come up on my website saying “website coming soon…click here if you are the admin to log in” that that would be it and I would have switched from .com to .org. However, in the last 2 hours I have had multiple problems. Mid installing a new custom theme, it switched me back to my worpress.com account, then it wouldn’t let me log back into the wordpress.org account, and it has been doing this ever since, switching between which one it will let me log into and changing which emails and passwords it will accept in the process. Can anyone help me? I just want to access my new wordpress.org account.
