Changing “From” email

    Hello,

    We would like to know if it’s possible to change the “from” email, for the email that gets sent by the job application form. Right now the “from” and “to” email are both the same–the email address of the author that published the job posting in WordPress.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Hello @designspinners,

    SJB uses WordPress admin email as the From email. You can change your admin email to change the from email.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    The “From” email seems to be the Job author email, not the WordPress admin email.

    We’re using the Email Attachment plugin for Simple Job Board.

    With the admin email notification, the “From” email is indeed the WordPress admin email. This specifically seems to be happening with the “Job Author” email notification.

    In email attachment add-on, there is an author email option as well. Please go to Job Board> Settings> Email Notifications and configure notifications settings according to your requirements.

    Hello,

    I see the settings, but I don’t see a way to change the “From” email address for the email that gets sent to the author. Is there a way to change this?

    Author email does not need to be set through settings. It is the email of the jobpost author who is actually creating a job. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    We have a client who is very adamant about changing the “From” email address to the applicant name. Is there a way to make this customization in the plugin, or to have PressTigers do it? Please let me know. My email address is daniel@designspinners.com.
