    Hi Victor,

    Sorry for such a delay in replying.

    The easiest way to do that would be to either edit the code directly or use a custom language file. There have been lots of posts here in the forum on creating language files.

    You might want to download the development copy and test it out, I’ve made a lot of changes to the forms and could use some help testing them out;

    Hi jay,

    I am sorry if i have overlooked the answer already however i assure you i have tried. I simply cannot get the forms to show on the pages that i created. The pages were created using the buttons in the settings.

    My wp version is upto date and cannot figure this one out??
