Changing Domain Names

I am wanting to change the domain name of my current blog to another domain name. Is it possible to do this and be able to keep all of the data (blog theme, plug ins, links, videos, etc)?

Seems like if I change the names then I completely have to rebuild the blog and I lose everything.
