Changing Admin Email

I would like to update my admin email but cant. The email i used to set up my website is no longer in use. Its been yeears since I’ve used it and have since lost the password. Ive reached out to customer support (i think) with no luck. Please advise. Thank you

Once you login, you can change the email either via wp-admin’s settings or from the database, in the wp_options table. It’s the row with the key “admin_email”.
