    Hello,

I am using the free version of Elementor on my website

Recently, I encountered an issue where changes made using Elementor appear correctly on the live site, but when I reopen the editor for the same page, the old content (before the changes) is displayed.

I have already tried these troubleshooting steps:

    • Disabled all plugins except Elementor
    • Switched to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five)
    • Cleared caches for LiteSpeed Cache, Autoptimize, and QUIC.cloud
    • Regenerated CSS via Elementor > Tools
    • Tested in incognito mode and across different browsers
    • Increased PHP limits (memory and max_input_vars)

Additionally, on some pages, the Elementor sidebar widgets (e.g., Text Editor, Heading) fail to load properly and keep refreshing.

I suspect this may be related to caching or database synchronization issues, but I have not been able to resolve it.

Could you please assist me in identifying the cause and fixing this problem?

Thank you very much for your support.

  • Hi, @limitlessmoroccotours! Thanks for reaching out to us.

The first step I recommend is checking the Site Health status (WP > Tools > Site Health) to see if there is anything indicated, especially in regards to the REST API.

If nothing is indicated, you can try the following:

Hope this helps! Let us know if we can be of further assistance regarding this issue.

    Kind Regards

I’d suggest checking Elementor > Tools > Replace URL to ensure no mismatched URLs, and verifying that your database user has full write permissions.
