Changed URL

I went to change my URL, not realizing what it would do. It was http://www.applied-ethics-online-ncsu.net/IssuesBusnEthics/Krista/ and I changed it to http://www.applied-ethics-online-ncsu.net/IssuesBusnEthics/KristaSmith/.

I can no longer log in or go to my blog. I have looked through previous forums and do not understand the directions they are giving for fixing this problem. Is there any easy way to do this?
