Changed Permalink

hi,
I changed my permalink (added www), but now there are just 5 pages index in goolge with new permalink structure (with www), and still there are 69 with old structure (without www)

here is my old permalink structure http://mobile-phones.org.pk/ which has got most of my pages indexed, but here is new permalink structure http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/ which has got just few pages indexed. any solution please.

actually i wanted to redirect all requests from http://mobile-phones.org.pk/ to http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/, as i am using Windows web server, so .htaccess file is not working to redirect.
