Changed general settings. Now can’t log-in

Help!
I changed the url in general settings from “play-gospel-now.com” to “gospel.play-gospel-now.com” which is the subdomain.
Now I can’t log in, it says can’t find “gospel.gospel.play-gospel-now.com”
Where did the extra “gospel” come from?
I read a privious post saying I could change this in wp_options, but I don’t seem to have that anywhere.
Will I have to re-install the blog again. Any help would be appreciated.
