Change pictures in posts

Hi

I am using the Transposh login, and am happy with it: http://www.edidaktik.dk

I have some pictures on one of my pages, that I would like to change in the English version of the page: http://www.edidaktik.dk/en/hvad-er-e-didaktik

I have read, that it can be done by adding $my_transposh_plugin->target_language to the “image descriptor”, but can someone please guide me? What is the image descriptor, and where do I put the code?

I have uploaded the danish and the english versions of the pictures to my media library. Do i simply change their names there and add the transposh code, or?
