This should be possible with some custom CSS. Please upload image that you want to use there (the one on other site is 14×14) to your library and add the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css
.entry ul li, .entry ol ul li {
list-style-image: url("your_image_URL");
}
Replace dummy image URL with the actual URL to your image and the image should be displayed there.
If the code doesn’t work please keep it added and let me know so I can take a look 🙂

I have followed all your steps, and put this code in custom.css with this ur : http://happybirthdaykiss.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/gift.png
and now its not working.

I’m not being able to open you’re screenshot or check your site. It appears that your site is down for some reason.
Can you please add more information about what CSS you’ve added and where did you add it to (you can paste it here so I can check it out).
Also did you upload the image as instructed?

I was missing a point(incorrect URL in my code) while pasting your code…now i have successfully changed the styles li into image.

I need you are help regarding my page titles.
If you go to my site and check page source you will notice TWO PAGE TITLE as below:
<title>Happy Birthday Kiss « Unique Happy Birthday Wishes, Quotes, Messages, Ideas, Cards and Songs</title>
<title>Happy Birthday Kiss « Unique Happy Birthday Wishes, Quotes, Messages, Ideas, Cards and Songs</title>
and the same thing in my site all pages. please help me to make it one.
And sorry for asking here, but i have no option because post this problem but non replied.

Plus another page source is here. check the same line 10 & 12.
Plz do help me in this regard because google hate site with double titles.
