Change in Display

I was writing a post today, and my page display looked normal, but I clicked something (I’m not sure what) and all of the sudden the page display is compressed. I’m not sure how to fix it, because I don’t know what I clicked, so has anyone ever experienced anything similar? Do you know how to fix it?
