I had to change the form for my client until I could get the font size resolved however I have three forms on my own site.

Please go to Form Maker>Form Options>General Options>Themes>Edit CSS and here add the following codes:
.wdform_label {font-size:18px;}
.wdform-ch-rad-label {font-size:18px;}
.mini_label {font-size:18px;}
Where you can replace 18px with a desired value. Thank you.
