change background-color problem

Hi,
I want the background-color of the site I’m working on, phonecases3d.com to be white. I’ve looked through the wordpress support forum and tried to use the body tag in css. I also tried changing the theme’s (Scripted theme) stylesheet.css without any luck. When I used background-color on the sections only the middle becomes white. Any solution you can think of? I’m very new to this so help is very needed.
