CF7 doesn`t work when inside this code

I use a theme called Frisco, and when the CF7 shortcode is placed inside the code below, it doesn`t work:

Ive asked the theme creator, and currently he doesnt know what causes this. Do you have any idea as to what causes this, and how to fix it?
