centre of theme

Hello,
I have been told by someone from this forum who has looked at my site, and advised me that my center column has dropped down to below the left column when viewed in 1024 monitor in IE.
This person recommended that I download the fixed version, but I am afraid to do that, as I have made so many changes to my templates, I doubt I could remember everything I have done. I really don’t think I could do it all again!!
