Centering Logo

The client’s logo does not fit within the menu because they want a smaller hover effect for their menu. So, I can’t make the logo, on the left, sit on the page at 67px in height.
Therefore, I centered the menu and added a new menu to sit on top of the Main Menu.
So, now I have 4 menus: Top Navigations (social media), LOGO, Main Navigation, and footer.

However, I can not center this thing without hard coding? I have already disabled the theme’s centering capabilities, so I’m not sure how to center this logo.
