CDN Sync Tool ?

Hi,

I am implementing WP Super Cache and when trying to deploy the CDN Sync Tool found that the plugin is no longer available. I am aware that this is a bit off-topic but … what happened? Super Cache recommends to use it and it disappeared 🙁
