CDN Export changed files automatically not working

    After i made changes in style.css file it is not getting uploaded to cdn.
    i waited for some time even after that also it not updated in cdn.

    what could be wrong here?
    how can i debug this issue?

    because every time i make changes in assets file like (css and js) and it is not getting updated in cdn
