I’ve recently experienced blank page errors https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-page-with-error-no-site-or-backend-access?replies=5 after a user clicks into our articles. I troubleshooted the issue by deactivating all of our plugins and reactivating them one by one. I’ve narrowed down the issue to the Amazon Link plugin.

Also, the Amazon Link plugin, deactivated, significantly increases the speed of our site.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your site. The plugin can be quiet resource intensive, so if your server is low performance or has low memory thresholds it can cause problems.

Can you try using the plugin on a clean WordPress installation with the default theme and see if the problem persists?

Are you using the default settings that came with the plugin?

How many shortcodes are you displaying on each page?
