Category Sticky Text

I was perusing the WordPress codex for adding “intro text” for category pages and found “sticky text” which is exactly what I want. However I was wondering if there was a plugin that already achieved this function, the reason I ask is I have a bunch of categories and making a separate category.php file for different “sticky text” would just take days.

To get a better idea of what I am talking about clicky. The part about sticky text is a few paragraphs down.
