Category Links returning 404 errors

I am getting 404 errors from the category links on pages created using this plugin. See as an example

http://accedeglobal.com/get-help/synchronisation/

The site uses page/post name (sometimes modified) as its permalink setting.

Can you please explain how to adjust settings so that the links work properly.
