Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
i have deactivate all of my plugin and also move to twenty eleven theme but unable to resolve proble….
Your site is not currently using the Twenty Eleven theme.

Try removing all plugins and any other javascript that was not part of the original Twenty Eleven theme.

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

You need to speak to your hosts about any issues with PhpMyAdmin.
u suggest me re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
if i do it then what u think ….
No – I suggest you contact your hosts. The issues with Phpmyadmin may indicate that they have server problems – which would affect your site.
