Categories not displaying.

I recently upgraded,..now all my categories are missing,..help!!!

on the dashboard, they are listed as pending…

MikekiM, http://www.purems.com/news/ shows categories. Is that a separate installation?
They both use the same widget but /news shows this:
categories-291380511 ant het other ine this: categories-2
Don’t know what it means.
