Categories Missing

This is happening to me on a number of my websites so I’m thinking its an overall WordPress problem. But when I login to my backend and go into my categories tab, they are missing, “No Items Found” but near the top I can see it gives me the number of categories I have. And I know I did not delete them.
They just seemed to have disappeared? Below are 2 examples of my sites.
Any suggestions??
