I recently updated my website and now all the images in the product catalog have disappeared. When I click on the product the main image shows up, but the catalog just shows bullet points where the image should be. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

    Hey speedwrap1,

Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen or Storefront to see if the images come back?

I don’t see any errors in the console log. I was expecting to.

    Thank you,

Okay I just changed the theme to Twenty Seventeen. The images show now (and did in my default theme), but not in the child.

    Hey,

Sounds like something with the update to the theme may have caused an issue. Can you go back a version? Or let the theme Developer know?

When I look back at previous versions, the same problem persists. I am wondering if the images were ever present at all. I never really noticed before so it is possible they may not have been. Do you know how I would go about adding them?

If the images are showing up using Twenty Seventeen, as well as your standard theme, but not in the child theme, then that means that something is wrong in the child theme. You’ll want to look closely into that to figure out what’s happening.
