Cat2Tag Patched

I found that wounderful plugin cat2tag, and I found out that it was a little buggy and overloaded with effects, so I patched it to be more database friendly using WordPress functions (i.e. the categroy_count will now be updated) and removed the bloat.

Cat2Tag is a Plugin using the build-in categories from WordPress in a taglike fashion, and since categories and tags are the same thing it is the best way to add tags to your WordPress installation.
