• Hi

I’m looking for a plugin that I can enroll users on my site to access a decision tree type feature that will allow them to choose from a number of options relating to case management for other users on the site. For example a user logs in. And gets asked a series of questions with notes, that tracks what steps were taken relating to a case for a member on the site that they are meant to be looking after.

I’ve looked at CRM plugins, issue tracking plugings even learning management plugins but I get the feeling I may be going about this the wrong way.

Essentially I want to be able to use this for a school.
Students and teachers alike enrolled on my site.
Teacher logs in. And they have a case they are managing with the students in their class. I want to ask them a series of questions related to a topic lets say student is failing math – the teacher needs to answer a series of questions that show what interventions they took to help. E.g. Can the student read or write at their grade level. Are they completing their homework on time. Can they pass spot tests. etc. And next to each question a space to make a note or comment.

Is there some kind of plugin that I can perhaps customize but that can give me the base functionality that I’m looking for?

    Regards
    Andrew

  • It really sounds like you may need to have a custom plugin built. I have not seen anything that has the feature set you are describing here and I’ve been developing websites on WordPress for ten years.
