Capturing the title

Hi!
I am using this plugin to receive donations. We have different campaign running on our website. In order to track campaign’s donations I was thinking to capture the title of the page where the button is installed.
I was digging into the code but after few trials I dont have any idea about it.

Can anyone help me?
