Capture modified amount after authorized payment

    I have a need in my store to have the customer authorize a payment. After reviewing the order I will need to add shipping and capture the new amount. It appears that when I change the order amount and capture the payment, the captured payment amount is the original authorized amount. How do I change the captured amount? I should be able to modify it up or down (up to 115% up or 75USD)
