Caption id=attachment…code appears on the excerpts

    In post where the photos have captions, the feature boxes and recent posts boxes always start the excepts with something like this…

    [caption id=attachment_7706 align=alignnone width=500]…

    How can avoid this. Thanks.

    By default WordPress strips out all html from excerpts and prints out all data. I’ve tried to override that behavior with the custom excerpt generator so that videos and images are not stripped out.

    I’ll revisit the formula to see how it handles other elements and figure a fix out if at all possible. If I can I’ll get an update out as soon as possible.
