captcha image not shown on https page

    Hello,

    I have Fast Secure Contact Form page on site that is https by default. There is captcha field, but image is not shown.
    If I switch site to http, image is shown.

    BTW, same is valid for SI Captcha Anti-Spam (i.e. captcha image not shown on login page with https, but it is shown on http).
