Captcha code displays multiple times

I added Smart Captcha from http://www.protectwebform.com/plugin_wordpress. I auto display the Add Comment field under each post. Problem is that the captcha image repeats multiple times. If there are 10 posts, the capctcha image repeats 10 times for post one, 9 times for post 2, etc. How can I prevent the repitition
