Can’t View Admin Panel

Today I was in the admin panel. I clicked on my appearance settings and wanted to view the settings for my current theme. I did not change anything. The next time I clicked a link the admin area disappeared and I was redirected to a search engine. Since then, I cannot view the admin login panel. If you go to my blog url you can see the content but, but no theme. I have logged in to my php admin and checked that the url is set correctly. I don’t know what else to do.
