That’s odd. Could you check if the style.css of the theme you uploaded starts with something like this?
Theme Name: Fluid Blue
Theme URI: http://srinig.com/wordpress-themes/fluid-blue/
Description: A simple two column fluid width theme. Right sidebar supports widgets. Standards compliant.
Version: 1.1
Author: Srini G
Author URI: http://srinig.com/
That should make WP recognise it as a theme.
(Probably superfluous to add, but a theme consists of multiple php-files (in my case 13), a style.css, a screenshot.png and usually some documentation.)
Also just check that the theme is not inside another folder with the same name.
i.e. wp-content/themes/theme-name/theme-name/
It happens a lot.
I just put it in with filezilla it shows as /wordpress/wp-content/themes/wall-street-10/
but sure doesnt show on my themes subpage in my admin.
heres the theme any pros see the problemo?

The theme looks alright to me, so I tried it in my test surroundings and it works just fine. Can you choose between the default and classic themes? Did you try any other? You didn’t perhaps try to change the theme??
