Can't upload CSS

I just tried using the latest plugin file (0.6) on a website and it worked great until I tried updating the style.css

Things I’ve tried / Things to note:

• I tried a hard refresh
• I tried using a new computer
• I can upload other files – just not CSS
• If I go to the theme editor, I can see the changes I have made.
• The changes are not in the source code when I view from the website
• One change did go through but the rest aren’t so I know that I am using the correct file and login information.
• I have checked the selectors many times (though most times I just add to a selector that was already there and working for the other styles)
• Adding this plugin is the only thing that I have done since I was able to upload the CSS correctly

I am excited to use this plugin. Besides the CSS issue it works great!
