cant uplioad header image…

The uploaded file could not be moved to /www/zymichost.com/b/m/e/bmer/htdocs/wp-content/uploads.

I keep getting this error. Anyone know whats wrong? its making me so mad! I just got it up and running, and I cant even customize it! =X
