Can't upgrade

    I’ve tried several times (seriously!) to upgrade to 3.8. After the “unpacking” message appears it just seems to lock up; nothing happens. I’m doing this from the server on which the site sits (ReadyHosting), not my local server. ReadyHosting is really slow, but it shouldn’t take that long. Help!
