can’t unsubscribe

    You pay a yearly membership that you can’t unsubscribe. You need to contact the support, except you can only contact it by email, and it NEVER answer.
    My version of the plugin has been unable to update for month. I have reach the support several time, and never , ever, ever got any answer.
