Can’t select database

    Friends,

    I changedd the wp-config, uploaded, safemode in Linux is off, installed WP, but received the following message:

    “Can’t select database
    We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the mba-open_educati database.”.

    Please help. Best regards.

    Sorry, additionally:

    I installed MySQL witn the cpanel, and create a user.

    The issue is that the user and the database are not connected. In cpanel, there is a buton to ‘Add user to Db’ so that is what is needed. It’s hard to be more specific as I don’t know the options you have.
