Yes, I have a shop up and running and am able to purchase products. It’s test data as we are not live yet, but it works. Take a look at http://www.streamthelearning.com
I can’t think of any reason why this would happen. Can you deactivate all plugins and see if this still happens, then activate one by one to see when (if at all) the issue occurs?
I deactivated all my plugins except for iTHemes Exchange, and I could see one category. I’m using LearnDash LMS and a well-tested theme that works with it, and iThemes Exchange. My site (www.streamthelearning.com) is to sell access to courses. I’ve only installed the plugins I absolutely need and have deactivated and removed any that were not being actively used.
One question, when I built the site, I imported test data for the theme and sample courses. Do you think that could have something to do with it? I’m grasping. I’d really like to use this plugin, but not sure where to turn. I’m working to setup a dev site so I can test more. Any direction is appreciated.
when you add/create new products through the Exchange UI, using new categories, does it work?
Yes. I can create products and can see them by category using the categories widget in the sidebar.
